Say Yes
What are you holding back from? Is there things you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t felt able to?
It’s been said that if there is equal feelings of Fear and excitement then it means you’re on the right track.
Is there something you have been holding back on? Or is it time you said Yes to yourself more.
My favourite tool to remember with my tendency to overcommit myself is to pause and think “If I say yes to this, what am I saying no to” - and you can use it in reverse too - “If I say No to this, then what am I saying yes to … am I saying yes to staying where I am / missing out on something great??”
